I am applying to BMW by an agency and I was trying to see if anyone could tell me about the assessment test and the automated production simulator was all about so I can be better prepared. I passed the first initial interview so the assessment is next. Also are they big on your background checks? I have one misdemeanor that will be expunged in two months once I complete this class and I told the interviewer that it was on there and she still accepted that. Just want to know these things so I will know what to look for. Finally if anyone knows the days and hours BMW's Shift (B) runs that will be useful information for me. Please only answer if you are, have been, or know a person employed out there. Thanks!
