Pennsylvania Driving Record Expungement...?

Can things like an accident and suspension be expunged from my PA driving record? I realize this stuff will be removed from public view after 10 years, i just want ot know from someone in the legal system whether it is possible to petition the court to have these items removed so I can get a job.
