What are some good 4 year colleges?

I live in San francisco and I want to be a pediatrician. I want to know about some good 4 year colleges that would help me in that field of pediatrics. I would lke to stay in california but then i wouldn't mind going outside of california either. Pleases please pleasee give me some suggestions on some colleges! thank you so much! :)
