Breast Milk Supply Tips or Tricks?

My son is 6 months and I can pump next to nothing out of my left breast. Guess which one is his favorite? The left one! Babies are so much more efficient at drawing the milk out. If she's eating constantly its probably a growth spurt. There are a few of them and really any time she starts developing new skills or putting on weight she is going to want more milk.
