Can I have my record sealed?

In October of '09 I was summoned to appear in court for filing a false police report. The outcome was "withheld adjudication no trial" I was ordered to pay 300 in court costs. No jail time or anything. After this is payed off, can I have this sealed or expunged off my record so it doesn't prevent me from getting a job? How do I go about doing this
