Criminal expungement vrs. destroyed?

My case was dismissed and not only do i want to expungment but i want it destroyed. I'm going into criminal justice and i don't want this to have an effect on my career. I only see the option to expunge it but if they can destroy Juvenal records then they should be able to destroy my record. Just getting it expunge does me no justice especially since law enforcements can see expungment cases. Does anyone know this answer...i live in minnesota
