DUI/DWI what went wrong?

Perhaps .08 is the legal limit where you live. IDK. Perhaps the arresting officer wrote down the wrong number and let you go. For what ever reason you were given a free pass. Don't press your luck. If you had it expunged it won't be found by the gov. unless they do a B/I for a top secret clearance.
