Going to med school after getting a 4 year RN degree confusion!?

You can not get into med school with a BSRN, you would need to take quite a few extra higher science courses (1-2 years worth). If you want to be a doc, pursue that. Most people will have an idea fairly soon if they can handle pre-med requirements and have a shot at med school. If that looks like it will not pan-out, then you can work on another career.
