Some sort of sore on my vagina?

I think i've had something similar to this. I know a lot of answers I looked up explained ingrown hairs or other types of problems dealing with sweat glads and not enough oxygen down there. I know there may be a specific name for it but i'm not exactly sure what yours would be called. It may pop, i don't suggest trying that though. Sometimes it will go away on it's own. Many people would suggest a doctor, I can't say that because I myself havent visited either.
