I got my record expunge in 2009 and the court record and DOJ record show dismissed now.?

California...I got my case expunge in 2010 and the county courts and DOJ, FBI all show the case was dismissed. I even brought a gun and DOJ approved it and gave me the gun. I recently got pulled over and the cop ran my name in the system and all that stuff came up. His system show that I got a convicted. But I am not understanding why. Can someone help me? Please.
