Medication and Mother's Milk: Anxiety Meds, Benzodiazapines. Will someone post the best one to take?? THANKS!?

My child's Pediatrician printed me a page from Meds and Mother's Milk by Dr. Hale but she printed out Midazolam, which is available only in injection form. I don't want to be shooting up benzos, so I have to go with the next safest thing which I know is either Ativan(Lorazepam) or Xanax(Alprazolam). I know Valium is out because of the long half life. I have a severe anxiety panic disorder, and I plan on only taking something when I have to leave my baby with someone else, or leave the house, etc. I just want what's safest for him that will allow me to function properly when I have issues. THANKS!!!
