Can the Army use past Article 15 against me?

OK i have been in the army for just over 5 years and this is my third article15. they are trying to kick out under a chapter14 12C. but the thing is the other 2 article 5 there is no record of since they were not with my unit that i am with right now. they were kept off my OMPF the other was expunged so what are my chances of this acutely going through?
