What are some good community colleges?

I'm changing my major from culinary to becoming a pediatrician, I know that its a big change but I never really liked culinary, I just didnt have the money for schooling so I picked whatever. Anyways I need a community college that's cheap and offers undergraduate studies for 2 yrs then a transfer. There are many names for these programs but one I found is called liberal arts and sciences. I would like one for the orange county area, that has dorms. I've already checked rockland, dutchess, sullivan community college and suny new paltz. I know that its late to make a switch now but I want to try and become my long term,life long dream. If anyone could please give me assitance, I would be eternally grateful. Please make sure the tuition isn't too high, i'm poor and therefore wish to cut down the expenses of college as much as possible.
