Will Paraphernalia charge affect my pursuit of a Nursing degree?

what you could do is contact the utah state department of nursing and ask them. only they will have a correct answer for you, they are the ones that go over the applications and issue the license. you only have a misdemeanor and youre saying youre gonna try and get if off your record. i dont think a misdemeanor is a problem if it was a felony it would have a bigger problem.
