I was charged with a felony hit and run with great bodily injury Aug 2009 in Redding, California?

They court stated that I complete 6 months of counseling which I completed. That I pay fines/restitution which I pay on time every month. Restitution is 80,000 so there's no way I'll have that paid off unless I win the lottery but I pay what I can every month. I also turn in my monthly reports on time I have never violated my formal probation. Before I had to let my prob officer know if I was leaving the county. Now they told me i just have to let them know if i'm leaving the state or going to be in another county for more than 30 days. Since my conviction i have got my AA degree in the process of getting my BA in psychology to be a substance abuse counselor. Like I said earlier I have a perfect probation history. My problem is i can not find a job. I have been jobless since Feb and no one will hire me. I was sentenced to 3 yrs probation so i have one year left. Does anyone know if I have any chance of having my felony removed or lowered , the strike removed and it all expunged so I can find work. If so what forms would I need to fill out?? How would I go about getting a court date to go in front of the judge? NO one at the court house can seem to help me and I live 3 hrs from the city my probation is in. I asked my probation officer at one point and she told me i had to wait a year after i was off probation is this correct?? Any help would be appreciated... Thanks
