Your question does not add up. you would have had to have been tried and convicted or entered a plea of guilty in order to have a felony conviction, if you have an outstanding felony warrant that is different than a conviction and cannot be expunged. if you ever return to the area you will be arrested if it is a warrant and have to stand trial.~
