What is biology like in college?

i took biology last year in hs when i was in 10th grade and i really enjoyed it. I want to go to college to become a pediatrician but i'm afrais because i heard that biology is like disecting mice and pigs, cows in college and i'm terrified of huge animals. in hs all we disected was frogs and insects. Is that true and i would major in chemistry but i have the hardest time everrrr with it in high school i got an 29% in chemistry. And i think biochemistry is more of an minor than major
