Received a DUI in PA but a NY resident.?

ARD is just a first time offenders program. It's not a class. Although you will have to go to alcohol highway safety classes. I'm sure you can do them where you are. With ARD if after a year you have not gotten in anymore trouble, your record will be expunged. Except if you were to get another DUI within 10 years, it would still count as your second. I got ARD and I live in PA.
